At FiE you can sample our highlights in meat, dairy products, and deli foods, like the new Best Ager concepts with yogonaise to support gut health. This combination of mayo sauce and thermized yogurt steps out with enriched calcium, reduced fat at 18 percent, and high fiber content. At our booth you can experience its fresh, light flavor and creamy texture in person. Healthy bones and muscles are at the heart of another Best Ager concept, a protein-rich pudding with ten percent protein and just one percent fat, free of added sugar and enriched with calcium, Vitamin D3, and Vitamin K2. As a suitable topping Hydrosol is presenting a new mixed fat cream, a combination of milk and vegetable fat that features identical functional properties, taste, and texture to regular cream, but costs less. A stabilizing system for meal replacement drinks with high protein content and micronutrient enrichment provides maximum convenience.
Visitors looking for something hearty should try the hybrid nuggets. The combination of chicken breast and vegetables is just one example of Hydrosol’s bandwidth for hybrid meat products with no E-numbers. Thanks to the PLUSmulson series stabilizing system, the meat content can be reduced by up to 50 percent. The nuggets are served with sweet and sour sauce as a further example of Hydrosol’s wide range of deli concepts.

This year Planteneers’ FiE exhibit revolves around three main topics – cost savings, clean label, and indulgence. As an example of cost-efficient solutions, these experts in plant-based foods are presenting functional systems for the production of a wide range of cold-cut specialties like lyoner, fleischwurst, and salami. Another example is system solutions for plant-based marbled steaks with a fine fibrous structure.
Planteneers is showing various possibilities for clean label foods, such as its plant-based salami sticks, and cheddar-style cubes that also feature high protein content and enrichment with micronutrients.
As regards indulgence, Planteneers is showing selected highlights from multiple categories, from plant-based meat and fish to dairy to deli alternatives. At our booth you can try a plant-based version of gravlax with boosted protein content. For a sweet treat there’s a plant-based alternative to fermented cream desert, which can be sampled at our booth as well at the Cooking Show, where you can also experience delicious preparation ideas for our cost-optimized Steak 2.0 as well as mycoprotein based chicken breast.
